Daniella & Tom's Hot Tub and Swim Spa Building
We collaborated with our sister company, Cabin Master, to create the ultimate garden hydrotherapy retreat for professional swim trainer, Daniella. After discussing her requirements, together we decided that the 19 EX Swim Spa and the self-cleaning 670 P Hot Tub were perfect for her garden hydrotherapy space. As for the swim spa building, we worked with the expert design team at Cabin Master to create a 7.6m x 3.9m building with a 3m veranda in Marley board cladding.

What influenced you to choose a partially submerged swim spa, a self-cleaning Hot Tub and a bespoke building to house them?
'We originally thought about having a swim spa and jacuzzi all-in-one. We hadn't thought about a partially submerged pool - we just thought about them being at floor level and having steps, and we hadn't even thought about a cabin or anything. This was before visiting the Hydropool Midlands Show room. The swim spa in the showroom, inside a Cabin Master cabin, was partially submerged. It was really nice to see that as an idea and the minute I saw it, I immediately knew it was what I wanted in my own garden!'
What are the benefits of having a partially submerged Swim Spa?
'With our swim spa, the water temperature is very easily maintained by being partially submerged, so that cuts down on the amount of electricity that we use to heat the pool. Also, by being partially submerged, you've not got the hassle of trying to get up the steps on one side. It's so much easier for getting in and out. '
Does the design of your Hot Tub and Swim Spa building offer any additional benefits?
'The aesthetics of the building with our Hot Tub and Swim Spa are stunning! It looks so nice, it's easily contained, and it's not taken up too much of the garden so we've still got lots of lawn and space left. The veranda and the large glass doors provide fantastic views. We can look out across the countryside in the daytime or sit under the veranda at night time with the little fairy lights. It's very nice!'
